2010 CEREMONY AND RECEPTION PRICING

 

 

 

Your total package price includes all of the following:

 

Banquet Facility

 

 

 

·         6400 sq. ft. banquet facility has a wall of glass over looking the outside patio area.

·         Full kitchen

·         Large dance floor with revolving mirrored ball, stage and complete state of the art sound system.

·         Elegant bar with stainless steel beverage coolers.

·         60” round tables with 8 chairs and white table cloths.

·         Center pieces with large round mirrors.

·         Skirted buffet, cake, gift, and DJ tables.

·         Portrait easel designed in antique gold iron with Fleur de lis pattern.

·         Punch bowl, coffee urn, and ice tea beverage server.

·         4 restrooms of which 2 are handicapped accessible.

·         Large covered patio with fans and wrought iron furniture and shaded children’s area (Ideal for bounce houses).

·         Multiple water features.

·         Complete handicapped accessible property.

·         Large capacity paved parking.

·         Separate Bride and Groom’s dressing rooms.

 

Gardens

 

·         White garden chairs.

·         White wrought iron decorated arch with greenery, matching white wrought iron decorated unity candle stands (candles not included).

·         Guest book podium and/or table for sign in.

·         Pair of fiber glass columns (in various sizes) or wrought iron stands with ferns.

·         Complete state of the art sound system with lapel microphones for officiant, bride, and groom.

·         Covered gazebo with fans for your music and/or singer, harpist, etc.

·         Unlimited portrait sessions with your photographer based on availability (weekdays only).

·         Your package includes a total of 8 hours (3 hours for set up and photography- 5 hours for ceremony, reception, and clean up). Rental of the property is based on 5 hours up to 11:00 p.m. After 11:00 p.m. or beyond 5 hours add $100 per hour.  Additional hours must be purchased no less than seven days prior to your function.  All functions must end by midnight.

 

·         We saved the best for last……. We hold only one function per day!!!!

 

2010 Rates

 

Friday or Sunday:

 

·         Up to 150 - $2,400.00

·         151 to 200 - $2,600.00

·         201 to 250 - $2,800.00

·        

 

Saturday:

 

·         Up to 150 - $3,000.00

·         151 to 200 - $3,200.00

·         201 to 250 - $3,500.00

·         

Rental includes gardens and banquet facilities for and 8 hour period as noted above, cleaning, and alcohol fees.

 

All packages subject to a 6.25% tax.
