2 hours for up to 40 Guest

For the couple that wants just a ceremony and a few pictures, this is GREAT!

You get 2 hours on property, up to 40 chairs in the gardens or the pavilion area, the sound system to play music from a lap top.

The Short and Sweet Package


This package is ideal for Bridal or Baby Showers, Rehersal Dinner, Ladies Luncheon, or Business Meetings.


Available in January, February, July, August and December.

Sunday - Thursday Events

For up 40 Guest inside in the Lower area or the Pavilion

1 hour Set up, 2 hours for the Party and 1 hour for clean-up.

These events must be over by 8pm including clean up.

Banquet Area: Includes 5 - 60’ round tables on the lower level with 8 chairs per table for guest. (All covered with a white linen and white chair covers)

Cake table with a cake riser, Gift table, sign in table with podium, 2-6ft tables for food and beverage table. (all tables will be covered with a white linen.)


Pavilion Area: 10 rod iron tables with 4 chairs per table. (Tables will be covered with a black or white linen.)

Banquet Facility

  • 6400 sq. ft. banquet facility with a wall of glass overlooking the gardens

    • Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove top with oven. All food must be cooked prior to arrival. Dishwashing is not allowed, scrape and take only

    • Glass or silver cake stand, punch bowl, coffee urn and iced tea beverage server

  • Elegant bar with 3 stainless steel beverage servers and 3 cocktail tables

  • All service tables skirted in white with white toppers. (buffet, cake, sign-in & gift)

  • 60” round tables with 8 chairs, white tablecloths, white chair covers and hurricane centerpieces with round mirrors are included FOR UP TO 100 GUEST.

  • DJ area with skirted 6ft table, 2 chairs.

  • The entire property is handicapped accessible with 2 handicapped restrooms in the banquet facility.

  • Large patio with fans, wrought iron tables/chairs.

  • Bride and Groom’s suites with couches, mini fridges, satellite television and bathroom with shower.


  • White garden chairs for up to 100 guest.

  • Choice of 2 arches and 8 shepherd hooks.

  • Unity table with white cloth.

  • Sound System compatible with your laptop and lapel mic for minister. Covered gazebo with fans for music player, singer, pianist, harpist etc…

Cleaning Responsibilities

All trash, beverages and food need to be removed and taken to the dumpster, located in the east parking lot. The kitchen and bar need to be wiped down. The suites need to have all trash removed.

Additional Information

  • Your package includes a total of 5 hours- 1 hours for set up/photographs, 3 hours for ceremony/reception and 1 hour for clean-up. All events for this package must be over by 11:00pm including clean up. Additional hours for set up are available for $100.00 per hour. Additional hours in Bridal suite are $50.00 per hour.
  • THIS PACKAGE CAN NOT BE EXTENDED. (Paradise Pavilion Reception is an additional $300.00)

  • A one-hour rehearsal is included in the package and is usually held on Thursday evenings based on availability.

  • Coordination is not included in the package but is offered for a fee by a staff member.

  • Ice is available, please ask for pricing.

  • Children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.

Candles are welcome at A and M Gardens but they must be in a protective glass, such as a votive.

Open flames are strictly prohibited
